Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conducting full recruitment life cycle and ensuring its continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of client’s human resource requirement and providing the quality Resume/resources through Internet research/job portals, internal database, cold calling, referrals, social networking, head hunting, blogging and other strategies.
  • Responsibilities will include Sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary.
  • negotiations, making submissions, following up for the interviews, scheduling interview with client.
  • Ability to drive the hiring process in a high-volume / time-sensitive environment.
  • Target Oriented.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
